First cake I decorated in class, it was German Chocolate :)
That same day I decorated a Carrot Cake only the icing for the carrots was low and kept messing up.
One of my first complete rose I attempted in class. I still need some practice.
Today we did a Pistachio cake (not pictured) and a Lemon filling pound cake with lime frosting.
Every other day we do production and make cakes, filling and icing for everyone. Then the next day we get our own cakes to assemble and decorate. It's a busy class but I'm learning a lot.
Anyway Dustin an I actually got to go out tonight! It was late (I didn't get home until after 8 pm and we didn't leave until 9 pm) so we just went to my work and got dinner. It's nice to actually get to go out somewhere hang out on a Friday night. It seems we don't get to do that too often either because we're both working or we don't have the money.

I was running a little behind but I snagged me a slice of the pistachio and it was delicious!
