I wrapped up my cakes class last week and just started my breads course. It's very different besides the obvious and we get to eat in the sophomore advance dining class this week. This is a big deal because Baking and Pastry students don't ever get to do that! Anyway here are some pictures I got the day of my intro to cakes practical plus from the last few days.
