Sorry this is going to be very picture heavy but this is basically what we do in this class.
It isn't a production class like the last one but we do make stuff. Each group is given a card with a few different ingredients on it. We follow the recipes for that day but change out the specific ingredient for the ones on the card. Then we evaluate each one to show how important it is for the product. Things not turning out is okay because that is what happens when you substitute sometimes.
It's an interesting class but requires a lot of work after class too so I barely have time to get on here. I have to open for work this weekend so I have a feeling Monday will come quickly :( Do you have any fun plans for this weekend?
I love substituting! We do it alot at home. Sounds like a fun class. I know what it feels like to be so busy.mits good though we are doing what we love. No real,fun plans have satuday off, but have to help tom with a job early in the morning hich will take all day but we will have a yummy dinner date though!
